Select the medium and photo/s

Medium- The first step to ordering your custom piece is to figure out what medium you’d like me to use. Whether you’d like your drawing done with graphite or colored pencil. Graphite is strictly no color at all, Versus colored pencil, being that the colors will look true to life. If you’re having trouble deciding, feel free to reach out and I can help you determine which may work better.

Photo/s- The next step is to find your highest quality photos for the drawing and send them to my email! If you’re having trouble figuring out what picture you would like drawn, you can always send as many photos to me as you’d like and we can figure out which one will work best! If you can’t get high quality photos, (which is especially common if the person or pet has passed) that is completely fine, but I will say that the drawing may lack some detail. Send in what pictures you do have though!

once we have the medium and reference picture decided, then it’s time to join the waitlist!

Waitlist Steps

To get on the the waitlist, you’ll make an initial deposit of 50% of what the piece is worth, or you can pay in full. Once you make a payment, your spot on the waitlist is confirmed, and I will let you know exactly when I will be working on your drawing. Drawings typically take a couple days to a week to complete once I get to your order.

What happens after I’m done with your drawing

Once I am finished with your drawing, I will send you an email with a picture of the drawing attached, and you are welcome to let me know if there are any tweaks you’d like me to make. Once you are 100% satisfied with it, I will send over a link for you to make your second deposit if you have not payed in full already. Once I receive the payment, I will ship your drawing out to you! Shipping usually takes around a week depending on what shipping method you decide on at checkout.
